Saint Mary of the Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church

* We welcome Father Mosimann and Fr. Colin into our St. Mary community this weekend with light receptions after the 7am, 8:30 am and 10:30am Masses.

* Please join us next Sunday July 17, at the 12:30pm,  for a Mass of Installation for our new Pastor, Fr. John Mosimann. Bishop Paul Loverde will preside and a light reception will follow the Mass in the Parish Life Center.

* This weekend, volunteers are available to take SHARE orders in person after the 5pm Saturday, and 8:30am, 12:30pm and 5pm Sunday Masses. Please stop by the Parish Life Center to place your order or to learn more about this ministry.

* Our next annual Called and Gifted Workshop will be held on August 26–27, 2016. Mark your calendars and invite your friends! Registration forms are available on the parish website, in the vestibule of the Church or parish office.

* Members of the Believe Group, a group for those facing cancer diagnosis and those sharing this experience with a loved one, will be offering information about the ministry after most Masses this weekend.

* The second collection this weekend supports the Pastoral Solidarity Fund For The Church In Africa. The Church in Africa is the fastest growing, but the poorest part of our family of faith. Your financial contributions will help support pastoral outreach, catechetical programs, Catholic schools, evangelization, education of clergy and lay ministers, and your generosity is most appreciated.

* We welcome Fr. John Mosimann and Fr. Colin Davis to Saint Mary. Receptions will be held next weekend, July 10, after the morning Masses to meet and greet our new Pastor and Parochial Vicar.

* This weekend, we welcome two visiting priests from the Diocese of Les Cayes in southwest Haiti, Father Ignace Coissy and Father Max Montherlant Matthieu. The funds collected from this Mission Cooperative Appeal are for the parish of Our Lady of Perpetual Help, where Fr. Coissy is pastor. The funds will be used to repair the church which was damaged six years ago in the 2010 earthquake. Your support and generosity is most appreciated.

• No Miraculous Medal Novena on Monday Evening.

* Farewell receptions for Fr. Don will be held following the 7am, 8:30am and 10:30am Sunday Masses this weekend in the Parish Life Center. Please stop by and wish him well, and thank him for all the goodness he has brought to our parish family.

* We will be accepting registration forms for Fall Religious Education Classes through August 26, 2016 in our parish office between 10am-4pm, Monday through Friday. Classes begin September 12. Please register early to take advantage of lower registration fees.

* Our annual Parish Leadership Dinner will be held on Tuesday evening, August 23 at 7pm. All ministry leaders are welcome. Watch for your formal invitation in the mail and please RSVP to the parish office by Friday August 19, 2016.

* The second collection this weekend is the Peter’s Pence Collection which supports the Pope’s charitable works. Thank you for your generosity.
