Dear Folks,

The Divine Mercy Adoration Chapel! I hope you get a chance to stop by after Mass and gawk this week! The blessed sacrament is

not yet in the chapel, so this is your opportunity to peek at things a little more closely than you would once Jesus is in the tabernacle

and monstrance!

Adoration Hours in the chapel?

Beginning next Wednesday after the Noon Mass, we will move the daily and overnight adoration to the adoration chapel!

Daytime Access: there is a keypad on the door, but during daytime hours, the door will be unlocked, no code required.

Nighttime Access: after 11pm, you will be required to enter a code into the door to enter. Overnight adorers will be given the code.

Exception: Monday to Friday, from 6:30am to 9:30am, all adoration will be moved into the church, where Masses are

offered.

Overcrowding?? If we have too many folks coming to adoration (we wish!), we will see if other times might need to be in the church as well. So, if you come, and can’t find a seat, please let me (kindly) know.

Construction Zone: you will observe that the stained glass windows are not yet complete. They are in production, and we have temporary posters in place to give an idea of what it will look like. But we decided not to wait to open the doors! Thank you for your patience!

Silent prayer: we will also have a sign posted that the expectation for prayer in the adoration chapel is that it always be silent! The

only exception to this will be the praying of the Divine Mercy Chaplet on Wednesdays. Please respect each other in this way. So

that these words of St. Mother Theresa might be fullfilled “In the silence of the heart, God speaks.”

And our parish school opens this week! What happened to the summer! We are so excited to get back to the lively JOY of HCA

life!
