During the suspension of public Masses, it is still important to pray and join yourself spiritually to the church as we celebrate the liturgy.  The Diocese has compiled a list of resources to help you keep your life of prayer connected to the church at large during this troubling time, including links to the readings of the day live streams to many different Masses and other resources.  Follow the link for the complete guide:

Included below is the Act of Spiritual Communion for all of us unable to receive the Blessed Sacrament in this time:

My Jesus,
I believe that You
are present in the Most Holy Sacrament.
I love You above all things,
and I desire to receive You into my soul.
Since I cannot at this moment
receive You sacramentally,
come at least spiritually into my heart. I embrace You as if You were already there and unite myself wholly to You. Never permit me to be separated from You.
